Lux Suites Olive Aura by MPS

The apartment is intended exclusively for guests who seek quality and can truly appreciate and respect a work of art.
Inside the space, you will find a unique sculpture by renowned Greek artist Michael S. Lagouvardos — a large olive tree that stands as the centerpiece of the apartment.
This is the inspiration behind the name Lux Suites Olives, symbolizing Greece and Athens. As you may know, in the ancient Olympic Games, victors were not awarded medals, but rather a branch of an olive tree, a symbol of honor and peace.
The beds are crafted by the award-winning Greek company Candia, ensuring exceptional sleep quality and comfort.
The balcony merges seamlessly with the living room, allowing you to enjoy your coffee, wine, or relaxation at any time of day, in a beautiful and open setting.

About Glyfada

Located just 14–16 km south of central Athens, Glyfada lies along the popular Athens Riviera. Known as the “Miami” or “Beverly Hills” of Athens, it blends coastal relaxation with cosmopolitan style, featuring palm-lined streets, upscale boutiques, trendy cafés and bars. The main pedestrian areas—Metaxa, Kyprou, Laodikis and Zisimopoulou—offer a mix of high-street and designer shopping, along with a lively food scene that includes both international and traditional Greek cuisine.

Beach & leisure

Glyfada offers both long sandy public beaches and private beach clubs such as Asteras and Balux, where visitors can enjoy loungers, beach cafés, and various watersports. Activities like kayaking, sailing, and swimming are popular, while families and nature lovers can visit the nearby Archelon Sea Turtle Rescue Centre.

Food & nightlife

During the day, local cafés such as Ark, Oh Mama, and Balux House serve excellent coffee and seaside views. At night, Glyfada becomes more vibrant, with stylish cocktail bars like Pere Ubu, Rumors, and Holy Spirit, as well as seafood tavernas and casual souvlaki spots for a relaxed dinner.

Shopping & amenities

Glyfada is one of the best shopping destinations in Athens, with a wide variety of shops along Metaxa Avenue and nearby streets. You’ll find everything from international chains like H&M and Zara to designer boutiques and local fashion stores. Daily needs are covered too, with grocery stores, bakeries, pharmacies, and a weekly farmers’ market within easy walking distance.

Public transportation

Glyfada is well-connected to the rest of Athens. The tram runs along Poseidonos Avenue, linking Glyfada to central Athens, Piraeus, and other seaside suburbs. Several bus lines (including A3, 124, 154, and 790) connect the area with the Elliniko Metro station, the city center, the airport, and nearby neighborhoods. Taxis and ride-sharing services such as Beat are also widely available.

Why you’ll love it here

Glyfada combines beachside living with urban convenience. It’s a clean, safe, and stylish neighborhood that’s popular with both locals and international visitors. The atmosphere is lively but not overly touristy, and English is widely spoken, making it an ideal base for your stay in Athens.
