Perched at the highest point of the lush “Meteora” settlement in Kalamos, Attica, with a beautiful forest at its back and at the same time just 800 meters from the beach, the villa offers breathtaking panoramic views over the Evoikos Gulf. SeaBreeze Villa consists of 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with two single beds), a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and hydromassage column, and an outdoor shower with hot water. The impressive “panoramic” veranda invites you to enjoy the sun and the sea breeze while gazing at the ever-changing colors of the sea and the horizon.
In the elegant, spacious indoor living room, relax with your book, entertain yourself by watching TV or movies on your smart TV, enjoy your favorite music through the 5-speaker Hi-Fi system, or lose track of time playing board games with your company. On colder days, you can unwind by the fireplace, which complements the autonomous heating system, while air conditioning ensures an ideal indoor temperature throughout the year.
Fast Wi-Fi, available in all indoor and outdoor areas, allows you to work remotely in peace and creativity with the endless blue of the sea as your backdrop. Amenities such as a hairdryer, iron, beach equipment (including umbrellas and sun loungers), and more are provided for your convenience, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay.
🔔 If your group consists of 5–8 guests, the SeaBreeze House is also available, offering additional space and comfort. It features 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed), 1 bathroom with shower, a cozy living area with Smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchenette with all essential amenities.
The SeaBreeze House is located in the same building, directly below the Villa. It includes a lush green lawn garden, a spacious stone-built veranda, and a covered outdoor dining area, all fully private and separated from the rest of the property.
For groups of up to 4 guests, access is provided EXCLUSIVELY to the upper house (the Villa). Access to the lower house (SeaBreeze House) is granted only when the reservation exceeds 4 guests.
