Nature of Lease
Your stay at the property constitutes a short-term/tourist rental in accordance with Greek Law 5073/2023 and does not create any form of permanent or professional tenancy. The booking is valid only for the dates specified in the confirmation.
Use of the Property
The guest must use the property with care, respect the space, the neighbors, and the building regulations (where applicable), and comply with quiet hours according to local law. Changing the arrangement of furniture, moving furniture to other rooms or balconies, and using the property for events or parties without prior written consent from the company are strictly prohibited.
Liability for Damages
The guest is liable for any damage or deterioration caused to the property, furniture, electrical appliances, linens, or any other equipment, if such damage is due to their own fault or that of any accompanying persons.
The company reserves the right to charge the cost of repair or replacement of damages, based on their actual value, either:
- through the card used for the booking, or
- by issuing the respective invoice and pursuing the amount by any lawful means.
Check-in, Check-out & Condition of the Property
Upon check-out, the guest must return the property in similarly good condition as it was received, allowing for reasonable wear from normal use.
The company may inspect the property after departure. In the event that damages are detected, the guest will be informed and provided with a breakdown of the related charges.
Cancellations & No-Show
Cancellation and no-show policies are detailed in the cancellation terms specific to each booking, as displayed on the website at the time of booking. Acceptance of these terms occurs simultaneously with booking confirmation.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Greek law. Any dispute arising in relation to the booking or the stay shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Athens.
